Last Updated: June 24, 2025

Pdftoworder.com respects the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) notices and take appropriate action under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Although we process files temporarily on our servers, we do not store or retain user files permanently. We still provide a way for copyright owners to report potential misuse of our tools.

1. No File Storage

Pdftoworder.com processes all files securely on our servers to deliver fast and accurate results.
Uploaded files are not stored permanently and are automatically deleted from our servers within one hour or less after processing.
As a result, we typically do not retain access to any user files after processing is completed.

However, if you believe our site or its tools are being used in a way that infringes your copyright, you can still notify us.

2. How to File a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one), and you believe your copyrighted content has been used improperly on Pdftoworder.com, please send us a written DMCA notice including the following:

  1. Your name, company (if applicable), and contact information
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located (e.g., a specific tool or example usage)

  5. A statement under penalty of perjury: “The information in this notice is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.”
  6. Your electronic or physical signature

Please send the notice to:

3. Counter-Notification

Since Pdftoworder.com does not store or display user content, counter-notifications are not typically applicable. However, if we ever act on a claim that affects public or posted content (e.g., a blog or code snippet), users may file a counter-notice under DMCA Section 512(g).

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Pdftoworder.com does not host user accounts, so a repeat infringer policy is not applicable. If this ever changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

5. Misuse of the DMCA

Please note that filing false or abusive DMCA notices is a violation of federal law and may result in legal liability and penalties.
